Chelsea is the Senior Production Manager in charge of overseeing daily operations for web and merchandise production, while managing new clients. She is the consummate professional and works hard to help drive business objectives and meet client needs. She's mature beyond her years, extremely focused and committed to her work. She's extremely dependable, reacts quickly to whatever is thrown her way and consistently delivers on-time and on-budget, while juggling multiple cross-channel projects. She offers creative advice when needed and rational solutions to problems.

Favorite part of your job? The people... Whether it's my amazing production team, fellow co-workers, clients, or industry peers, it's a pleasure to come to work and have fun and interact with them every day.

Favorite bands? Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Coldplay

How long have you been in the web/music business? Almost 5 years

What inspires you? People who are ambitious ... there's nothing better than seeing someone that is happy, driven and successful.

What is the greatest piece of advice you've been given? Take every situation and try to see the positive side of it; the more positive energy you put out, the more you will get in return.
