  • Meet the Wilsons

    When CMT was launching a reality show based on our friends, we knew we had to give them something special to act as a home base in harmony with CMT's page for Meet the Wilsons.

    It was important to us to give the Wilsons control over their fanbase that they could take with them if the dynamics changed with their label, CMT, or other partners.  We used Talkback to collect subscribers, manage targeted lists, and track the response of email campaigns, drilling down to the user-level.

    Since one of the central tools was using YouTube to display behind the scenes videos, we gave the Wilsons access to a video page where they could post the embed code from the YouTube videos.

    The show, which debuted on CMT Canada has invaded American soil and the new season starts in Spring 2010.
